GENT FASHION WEEK 2017

 GENT was created to feature seasoned menswear designers and will cover ready-to-wear, avant-garde, current trends and custom-made looks on the runway. This event will extend over four days with a VIP Kickoff Thursday at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Clayton, a Fashion Show Friday at Encore at Forest Park, a Pop Up Shop Saturday at Urban Chestnut Brewing Company in the Grove, and a Barber Battle Sunday at the Ready Room in the Grove. Guests will be educated on styling both in the fashion and the grooming industry.

Come celebrate the launch of the annual GENT weekend during the Ezra Brooks Presents GENT VIP Kickoff Thursday, March 1, at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Clayton. Receive a complimentary cocktail and appetizers with online registration and a $5 donation to Stevens — The Institute of Business and Arts Scholarship Fund.

Join us for beers and get a head start on your spring shopping with 10 to 15 menswear and men’s grooming accessories vendors during the Ezra Brooks Presents GENT Pop-Up Shop from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, March 3, at Urban Chestnut Brewing Company in the Grove. This free event includes appetizers but there is a
suggested $5 donation to Stevens — The Institute of Business and Arts (SIBA) Scholarship Fund.

Featuring three prestigious designers with curated collections from Shan Keith, Paulie Gibson and OSO in an exclusive and intimate showcase, the Ezra Brooks Presents GENT Fashion Show kicks off at 7 p.m. Friday, March 2, at Encore at Forest Park, St. Louis’s most luxurious new residential complex. Drinks and appetizers included!

Barber Battle

Watch local barbers compete in three rounds for a grand prize package and bragging rights during the Ezra Brooks Presents GENT Barber Battle at 7 p.m. Sunday, March 4, at the Ready Room in the Grove. There will be free samples of Ezra Brooks bourbon whiskey. Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance at www.thereadyroom.com or $20 at the door.

Major fashion markets such as LA and London started dedicating a week of men’s fashion in 2012. Additionally, New York, Milan and Vancouver have all started their own Men’s Fashion Week events. St. Louis can now be added to this list.
